Action! and VMWare bug (INVESTIGATING)

If a VMWare virtual network adapter is present, then Action! takes a very long time to start. I disabled the virtual adapter and left only my connection and Action! started as it should. Please fix this bug.

There're 4 or 5 vmware services too that I usually disable them to make PC runs faster.

Can you please make a region screenshot of task manager with list of VMWARE processes visible?
