TeamSpeak sound comes through your sound card and it's considered as system sounds. There is no possibility to not record it.

if you have 2 sound outputs, like a sounds card and an HDMI output you can use a spliter for your game sounds to be outputed to you hdmi exit as well as your sound card and set action to record the system sounds from the hdmi exit, that way it only records the game sound
