Screen region record Bug

Hi mirillis team i got a huge problem here regard the desktop region recording.
After a bunch of testing i draw my conclusion about my problem:

Recording 1280x720 in desktop region with AVI format shift to the left my record region by itself even if i'm at build 1.19.1(there was a bug in previous version)

Recording 640x360 is ok with AVI format but when i stop the record in the file list it say it is at 1280x720 when it's not.

Recording 1280x720 in desktop region with MP4 format DO NOT shift to the left my record region by itself but set my fps at 30 even if i said to record in 60fps

So the question is.....How can i use AVI and record to 720 at 60 fps without the goddam shift of the record?
