Active Desktop Region Does Not Appear

So I am unable to use the Active Desktop Region of Mirillis Action. Everytime I click on it the Mirillis panel disappears from my screen, and there are no screen region bars. I have to task manager delete Mirillis everytime I try this. Does anyone know why? I have reinstalled the program many times. Not sure whats going on.

Probably your region is out of your screen. Press "0" to reset your region settings.
