ACtion do not want to take any games

Good day together,
I have a problem with action and that if I want to record while aufnehem a game in full screen so you can nothing happens when I press the button to aufnehem happened absolutely nothing he do not take on and he will not.
Have tried to reinstall the software. Also does not work.
Dan I have an older version tries which also makes the same.
Try with 1:18 and 1:19 or how the were!
