Stops responding when done recording

Hi there.
I am having an issue where Mirillis Action stops responding in the middle of my recording. I was recording my gameplay in WoW and after 10 minutes I stopped the recording but it was not stopping. Then it when to desktop and back to my game real quick, which I don't know why. I then tried to stop the recording manually by clicking the red button on the desktop but it said that Action has stopped responding and gave me 3 options to choose. I chose to check for solution online and close the program. I did that and was hoping my video had recorded. It was basically 10 minutes of footage. I loaded it up again and I saw that the file is there but I can't run it from Action's player. It says failed to open input file. I then opened the actual folder from the explorer and it says that it is only 307 MB, when it should be a bit more than 1 gigs. I can't open the file at all and I have lost the recording basically, which is disappointing to say the least. I bought the commercial version of Action and I did not think these kind of crashes would be happening and making me lose the recording I did. What if I had done a 30 minutes recording and then it does not open after the software crashes....??? That would be very disheartening. If anyone can help me with this please, I would greatly appreciate it.
EDIT: I forgot to add that I record in active screen and not games and application. I am going to record more videos and hopefully, it works without any hitches :/
