Firstly I would like to precise that I'm french. So please, forgive me if my langage isn't perfect
I'm here to ask you about a recent issue on my Action! program. Since yesterday, when I want to record either my desktop, a game or a selected area, the recording parameters are kind of blocked !
Let's assume I want to record my desktop in .AVI 720p at 25fps, juste like that :
Here comes the problem: when I record a small video, it is directly encoded in .MP4 (without the export step) with a weird resolution of 864x480 and 25 frames per second. As you can see here :
To resolve this, I already tried to :
- Reboot (4 times)
- Reinstall my graphic card drivers
- Reinstall Action! (I was feared not to be able to reactivate with my serial)
- Change a lot of parameters to see if it changes something
It's the same issue in games and local areas, even if I set a square zone, the resolution WILL be 864x480 ...
I really love this software and never experienced any real issues with it, I hope this can be resolved simply !
