AMD finally release a WHQL driver after 4 months in BETA.
Its solve various problems in games and probably ACTION! issues.

To get correct install, download Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) 12.7.0
Go to Windows Security Mode (F8), run DDU using the config below.
Install a new driver and check if ACTION issues is gone.
