Videos stuttering in beggining, and sometimes are shortned!

I have this problem since update 1.9.1 and using 1.9.2 currently, going to go back to a previous version after i summit this, but i am having a problem when recording that when i record LEGO the hobbit video game my voice in beginning cuts in and out throughout parts of the video and sometimes my 20 some minute video is cut to about 40-50 seconds long... have no idea, but if anyone could help that would be amazing.
