Recording for 00:00:01

Hello,

Action! had been working since I bought it, but now something is wrong. The HUD appears in game like usual and it is blue, but when I press the record hotkey it does nothing. Then when I exit the game it shows a file has been recorded for 00:00:01 and that is it. I can play the file and watch it. I got it to work in a different game after a few presses of the hotkey, but I can't for the life of me get it to work in CS:GO. It just keeps recording the millisecond and does not turn red or anything. Any suggestions? The settings are all the same since I last successfully recorded with it and there is tons of space. I have also tried re-installing. What do I have to do to get it to work again?

i had same issue even support team cant solve my issue they refund me !

its only in game mode like that am i right ?

Yes only in game mode. All other modes work and sometimes other games.
