Hi there,

I have just bought 2 licences for Action! and I can't open it. I downloaded the trial version and when I try to open it, it says "Action! has stopped working". I've never launched it, so I haven't got any recorded video/audio.

Can anybody help me please? I really want to use Action!

Same happens to me. Since today morning. Yesterday everything was fine

*Try* to uninstall and reinstall the 1.19.1 version.

So no matter which version, it will never load? Ouch... I don't think the problem is with Action! if it's the case.

Have you tried running Action in administrator mode, I have windows 7 and need to run it in this mode...

I tried as well with a clean reinstal and running Action in Admin mode. Nothing works, no way this can be our fault.

OK, something weird is happening to this program, but it seems I managed to fix it. I had it installed on W8. The tried comp. mode with W7. Didn't work, but then tried comp. mode with W8 and worked. Action is now running for me.

I can no longer open...changed nothing...was trying to get it to work with FSX...no luck...then...it just stopped loading all together....uninstalled and re-installed....changed the compatibility to Vista... back to win 7...and back...installed as admin., ran as admin.

I had a codec prob...updated.....running just fine now...hope this helps....just google codec update...very simple to do...if I can do it...it is simple....now if I can get aero to work....
