Issues with Video after Exporting

Hey guys, I got Action! a couple of days ago and have been testing it and trying out different settings. I recorded some Battlefield 4 at 60fps with AVI, mic into separate track and exported it. The exported video becomes jumpy, the audio is desynced and the quality isnt as good, but only slightly. Before I export it and preview it in Action Player, it all looks fine and very good quality.
Anybody know how to fix this?
Thanks

Do you use hardware acceleration for video exporting?

I have tried it with and without, didnt notice too much of a difference but still had the same issues. I left it unselected

Could you upload your video somewhere? I will download it and see if the same issue occurs if I export it on my PC.

Just at work at the moment, I shall record something tonight, give the export another try and see if i get the same issues, if so i shall upload it so you can see it.
What are the best export settings? Just might be that I havent selected the correct settings.
Cheers for your help, bud.

I always recommend auto because it keeps all the native settings of your original recording.

Ok i did another recording last night (Wolfenstein New Order) and everything came out fantastic, except when I put it into Windows Movie Maker. The sound is now a good second behind the video, but this only happens when i put this into WMM.
I think the cause of the first issue was due to recording a windowed game, putting it full screen sorted that. Also when i exported the video i put the sound rate up to highest setting.
Any ideas about the issue with WMM? This was only in the preview of it whilst editing, i did not create the movie, so possibly could just be due to that.
Cheers bud

Ok, after some trial and error, I have found a fix for the sound issues after exporting and putting the exported file into WMM. Instead of exporting the file, put the AVI file straight into WMM and there should not be any desync with the audio. If you have recorded mic into seperate audio track, just export the file with audio 2 then extract audio from the video and place it in the WMM project.
Hope this helps anyone who had the same problem as me.
