i didnt change something. no new drivers or something else.

cpu: amd phenom ii x4 955 be
gpu: msi r9 270x gaming 2gb
ram: avexir core series 8gb kit
mobo: asus m4n68t-m-v2
windows 8.1 pro 64-bit

Does the same issue occurs with AVI or software MP4 ?

normal mp4 has the same issue...
avi 1080p 60fps no problems with the video but no audio because of the ficv codec
