Watch Dogs crashes on start up with Action running

As the title suggests, when trying to run Watch Dogs and Action together, the game crashes at start up. I don't even make it into a load screen.

I am currently using the trial version of Action. I tried running it with some other games, like Tomb Raider, and it seems to work and record just fine.

Action seems like a nice program. Hopefully there is a simple fix. I seem to run into this with every screen capture program at some point. There is always the one game that doesn't play nice with a program I currently use, and thus I have to download another. I'd really like "One Ring to Rule them All".

You could try something: load your game, and set the graphic options to "fullscreen (windowed)" mode, instead of plain "fullscreen". That way you can set Action! to record in "desktop mode" instead of "game mode", and unless Action! crashes right off the bat just by simply recording the desktop, there shouldnt be any reason for your game to crash, once Action! is already recording.
