What is the difference between the Home and commercial packs? Is there anything different in the contents or something else?

Commercial license allows you to monetize your video content with advertising or selling your videos.

Wait, doesn't that mean that someone could just buy the home use version and still upload and monetize even though they don't have the permission to it?

You cannot monetize your video content created with Action! if you own only a home license.
