Alright well first off I'd like to be clear, I've already attempted to go through your support/sales email helpline. I'm not sure when I can expect some type of response...but it has been quite a while and I just want to be able to use the software I paid for. My original email can easily be sent to any admin/mod that requires it, I've got Paypal and Email information to verify my identity. Total this might take 5-10 minutes if I was able to talk with someone to give proper identification. I've got to say I'm not thoroughly impressed with my experience thus far and hope to see that change.
