Alright well first off I'd like to be clear, I've already attempted to go through your support/sales email helpline. I'm not sure when I can expect some type of response...but it has been quite a while and I just want to be able to use the software I paid for. My original email can easily be sent to any admin/mod that requires it, I've got Paypal and Email information to verify my identity. Total this might take 5-10 minutes if I was able to talk with someone to give proper identification. I've got to say I'm not thoroughly impressed with my experience thus far and hope to see that change.

Alright, to anyone who may read this in the future, I've been here before and Action's support was phenomenal, I'm not sure if that entirely rests on Radi, but it was great! Very pleased and everything worked out, thanks Mirillis!
