Quick Sync still won't show up after following the tutorial

Hello!

I need help enabling the Quick Sync, after following the tutorial going through the Bios - enabling IGPU, installing the driver HD Graphics 4600 and doing all those screen resolution settings... The quick sync still not showing up on my file format list. What am I doing wrong? Is there anything I need to install or enable in the Bios? Please help, thank you

CPU: core i7 4770k
GPU: GTX 780 Ti
Motherboard: Z87-pro

Z87 does not support integrated graphics feature which is needed to use IQS.
