Action! suggestions / recommendations

After testing numerous hardware and software offerings I decided to pull the trigger and purchase the full version of Action!. I have what I feel are key useful suggestions to be implemented in future releases.
1) Despite having the option set for the application window always on top - it doesn't seem to work. I'm not certain if its related to the games I've tested. Battlefield Hardline and Elder Scrolls Online (both set to fullscreen / verified by noting Crossfire is working) - each of these games upon launch push the Action app to the background (despite it being displayed on a separate extended desktop LCD). To be clear I am not using an Eyefinity group but mearly three LCDs setup so my main screen is in the center and I've extended my desktop to each side. The games only play on the center LCD.
Subsequently when I finally managed to get Action! to stay in the foreground (by alt tabbing a few times in and out of game) it served no purpose because what I was seeing in the Action! app was not being updated real time. I know this can be done because what I'm proposing happens to work flawlessly with the Elgato software.
2) Selecting 1080p in the video recording tab should automatically change the file format to AVI and display a popup stating why (with a check box to never display this tool tip again). I'm seeing this question pop up relentlessly (Why is 1080p grayed out?) and honestly guys you'd save yourself a LOT of trouble by implementing this.
3) Having over 15 years of IT experience I have never in my life had a more difficult time getting a piece of software to record both in game audio as well as my standard headset microphone. After using Fraps, DXtory, and Elgato I'd have to say Action! was by far the most finicky. Ironically after I finally accomplished this feat it works while recording video but does NOT when I choose to record only audio!
4) If you look at the Subscriptions (live streaming) on your website you're offering (what appears to me as) a 30 day trial. However after actually making a purchase of the software you're only giving a 15 day live stream trial???
Subsequently live streaming subscriptions should be offered some sort of discount if purchasing by the year (or years).
Don't get me wrong I still love Action! however it does have a few rough edges that need to be smoothed out. The core aspects of the program are amazing - the most impressive to me is its ability to record such high quality with minimal system performance loss.
Anyhow I hope the devs take some of these issues to heart. If you agree or have some suggestions of your own please let's collaborate them all within this thread.
