Not happy with this company at all

So i bought mirilis action! about 6 month's ago then formatted my SSD now i can't get Action! back without repaying for it as it seem's you get one CD key that get's lost in your 10,000000 email's that you delete to keep it tidy so i contacted there Shi**y email team thing and no reply after like 3 week's can you please give my key, that i bought.
