Computer crash on Action! launch

Upon launching Action, the screen flickers black. If I don't close the window quickly enough, it goes back and I am forced to push the reset button on my computer. Mouse is visible on a black background, but no response from any interactions (alt+tab, ctrl+alt+del, etc).

I recently upgraded my computer, which is what I figure is causing the problem. My previous specs:
intel core i7 2600k
8gb ddr3 @ 2133mhz
256gb ssd
1tb hdd
nvidia gtx 670
650w psu
1080p primary monitor + 1024x1280 secondary

After the upgrade, my specs are now:
intel core i7 2600k
32gb ddr3 @ 1600mhz
256gb ssd
1tb hdd
2x nvidia gtx 780ti superclocked
1300w psu
3840x2160 (4k) primary monitor + 1024x1280 secondary

My guess would be that it is related to the bump from 1080p to 2160p since I've seen elsewhere that higher resolutions have been known to cause some small problems. Does anyone else have this problem and, if so, am I right in assuming it's the resolution? Also, if I am, does anyone know of a fix for this? I didn't drop $4k on a computer and monitor to record at 1080p ;P

Could you post a DxDiag report of your PC?

It exceeds the maximum of 60,000 characters for a message, so here's a link to it on pastebin: http://pastebin.com/vV0vTpSM

Thanks for your DxDiag. You have mentioned problem with higher resolutions. Does the same issue occurs when you have 1080p resolution set?

No, it does not. 1080p works fine
