Yes.

With Original, let's say your screen resolution is 1366x768, you will then record in that res.
Action! will then pick the resolution set by your screen, display driver or game. If your screen resolution for example is 1080p instead, then you recording in 1080p. In that case too, Original and the 1080p present will output you the same thing, no difference.
With the 1080p present, you force video into 1080p. Then Action! will adjust to make it fit 1080p.
