Issues recording 1080p/60/30 + Splitting Audio

Copy-Pasta from my Steam Forums post.
I have tried it on QuickSync and AMD APP. Both only record @ 1280x720. Even when specified 1080p 60fps/30fps even on Original Size. All using the MP4.
It also won't seperate my 2 audio sources (Microphone / Game Audio). Even though i have the options selected. Using the MP4 (Intel Quick Sync).
How come my QuickSync is like 10x quicker than AMD APP? I thought they would be on par? If you know anything about either (Im new to these, jsut finally upgraded my PC) could you brief me on the benefits of either?

Won't record 1080p on ANYTHING. If it means anything i am recording on my SSD while my game plays on my HDD.

It seems that it will record 1080p60/30 but in some cases, if i Alt+Tab and go back into the game it will only record @ 720p/30. I also read on your forums that MP4 cannot seperate audio. Is this true? Because on my Bandicam it it does.
