Hi, I was using the trail version of Action!, and this problem occurred. After I was recording, I was trying to play the file with Windows Media Player(WMP), It will not play the file! Problem 2: After checking the box "Record mincrophone in seprate audio track". I try importing the video with the two audio paths into adobe premiere(Pr). Unfortunately Pr can't import video with two audio paths(Or can't even import it at all!). So, you may ask yourself, why is it in this forum? I figured that I was not the only person that had this problem and most likely had the problem resolved, asking for help here than in adobe forums. So I am looking for the answer for how to change the setting to make it work with WMP. Plus, I'm looking for an answer to resolve the second problem with Pr. As soon as I have this problem resolved, I will buy it! So to add on I don't really care if I have to extract the audio before importing it. It's just I don't know how to do that in the best way possible!

Do you experience any error message while trying to playback your video file in WMP? Can you playback this video using Action! player?

Adobe Premiere does not support video files with more than one audio track. However you can export the second audio track (microphone audio) using simple and free software like VirtualDub.

Thanks for replying so quickly! In WMP it plays just the game sound, no video. It does play it in Action! Player, but the file will not open in VirtualDub.

I guess there is some decoder missing. Try re-installing your Action! so the video decoder will overwrite the current one.

Um, still the same result. Plus, it says on the VD http://imgur.com/pwUlnPU . Question: Do I have to check the box muti-channel ?

I guess they does not support our FICV video codec which is weird because many of our users work on Adobe software to edit their videos. Do you have any other codecs installed on your PC?

Looks like I'm missing the codec, do you think its because the trail version will not download it for me?
If so, can I get a safe download link?

I don't see our FICV there. FICV is installed along with our app. Try downloading and installing one of our trial Splash players. They also should contain the FICV codec.
