When i Record a Gameplay , my movie is laggy

Hi! I Record a Gameplay with Fifa 14 with Action , my fps is form 45 to 60 , i thought it is ok , but after record that gameplay ,my movie is very ... laggy , it isnt smoove , only laggy i dont know why . My setup in Action is 60 FPS ,AVI and Video Size is Original :) Thank u for fast response because i dont know why my movie is like that :P

Core i3 2120
4 gb ram
Radeon HD7850

This is weird i record 10 seconds my movie in avi i want upload this on Youtube and i see communicate: This video cannot be opened. But this is avi? I dont understand :P I try different setup in Action and still my videos are laggy :P They are good when i render them in Sony Vegas but before is laggy

Maybe, because 60 fps and orignal size and almost lossless output video file, bitrate very very high, your hdd speed is not enough for smooth playback lossless avi. When you compress recorded video to lossy codec(x264, xvid and other) - bitrate much much lower and hdd performance enough for smooth playback.

I had too a few cases with Original 60 FPS AVI, the raw footage playback went sometimes (not very common appearing) laggy and in the action! the player also resulting stuttering sound. I think I just reached some limitation how big files media players can playback smoothly. They all simply seemed to fail to a specific video complexity and 60 fps. My rendered files turned however fine, so either that or too slow HDD. Think what's also occurring to OP.

So i must have lower gb files with my movies? I cannot make part with that movies? Maybe is true movie have 25 gb so maybe thats laggy , so what can i do?
