Radi, its time to create a little mandatory infos to post looks like:

OS: Windows 7 or 8 or 8.1
Video Card: ATI XXXX, XXXX NVIDIA or INTEL XXXX
Memory: 4, 8, 16 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1280x720, 1366x768, 1440x900, 1680x1050,1920x1080, 1920x1200???
Video Editor: Vegas 11, 12, 13? Adobe CS5, CS6, CC? Power Director 11, 12??
Game Problem: COD 4? DUST? BATTLEFIELD 2, 3, XE??
Video Type: AVI or MP4?

Before posting install all current drivers, it serves mainly to AUDIO and WEBCAM. Please, not use deafult drivers by OS, its no have hardware acceleration.

That would be the minimum to be able to help.

If no have correct infos is difficult to answer.

Well I Just have one issue really I did everything right but I've been waiting quiet awhile now to get my serial number again. Date of purcase was sent to Mirillis email address was sent since recent moved to a new pc I still would like to get my serial number. I don't know what happened to my email in my email for it before hand do'nt know how it got deleted but its GONE!! and I looked in trash also T.T So I've sent this email 11/7/15 so can some mod let them know I've been waiting for a response and they are usually much faster than this. This happened before and they were alot faster on find my serial number now they are much slower to respond and I"m getting worried.

Try adding this program to exlusions in Action! and see if that helps.
