Video Card: 1st. Intel HD Graphics 3000 2nd. Nvidia GT520MX
Memory: 6
Monitor Resolution: 1366x768
Video Editor: Vegas 11 (IM STREAMING)
Game Problem: GTA SA and LoL (IM STREAMING)
Video Type: AVI (IM STREAMING)

Processor: Intel Core i5-2450M 2nd Generation 2.50GHz 2cpu 4theards

In some parts it lags and you can't see anything, is there something to fix?
i got 1,2mbps upload speed and 15mbps download, low pc i5-2450M gt520mx 6gb ram windows 7

I'm using this:

700kbps upload speed(i got 1mb but if i put 1mb i get high ping)
480p
twitch.tv frankfurt server 29ms ping

This happens with other games or just with GTA?

Do you try GTA SA Resolution Fix?

Play using 1280x768 over 1366x768. Reply.

Same, yes it do with all games i play(gta sa, league of legends, csgo).
