Crashes

Action has been giving me a lot of trouble lately.
I have noticed that when you alt tab out and go back into the game, Action! crashes
When you get a message asking if you want to turn aereo off, that crashes Action!
If you manually close your game, Action! crashes.
Then I also noticed that a file of mine was out of sync in Premiere Pro. I am really having issues with the software.
Could anyone enlighten me on when they might get fixed?

Does this issue occurs with AVI or MP4 format?

I am currently being helped by the support email. I record mp4 with intel quick sync.
