Mirillis Action audio and video skipping :(

Hello everyone, Yesterday I made a gameplay video on Fallout 3 with Action and when I finished the video, I opened the video in the little sidebar where your videos appear and I watched it just to be sure everything was ok but then, there was some sort of audio+video skipping which was driving me nuts . I opened it again in Sony Vegas 13, I edited it... and then I rendered it in 1280x720p for youtube. When that was finished, I watched it aagain and it was still lagging the same way. I don't know, maybe if I upload it to youtube it won't make some audio and video skipping ? I kinda need help :/
