Loading Screens and League Transition

Hello!
I have noticed that other streaming programs are able to continue streaming through loading screens. In both Heroes of the Storm and League of Legends, Action! will cease to stream during/after the loading screens. It sometimes will remain active, but very rarely. Hoping someone might have some input on this.
I have also had finnicky luck with Active Desktop recording. It won't always work correctly. Is there really no way for the Gaming recording option to persist recording with the transition from League client to the League game?
