Mirillis Action! closes my game automatically

Hi i am writing this because i am pissed off with Action! and mirillis service.
I have been sending emails asking for help consistently but they have not given me a solution to the problem.
Basically what happens when i use Action! is whenever i run dragon nest which is an online game i am able to get to the loading screen then my whole game client just closes and shuts off. (this is due to Action! no other issue is with the game). When i am not running action! and run the game, the game works perfectly well.
I heard somewhere its because of the DX9 thing is that true? If it is why isn't there any fix or solution to this problem?
I paid good money to use this bloody software and want it running!
Hope the customer service of mirillis get back to me ASAP!
