I bought Action 2 days before after purchase I tried to record The Elder Scrolls Online gameplay but on both Desktop and Game mode Action is not recording that game. Even it is not recognising The Elder Scrolls Online. No HUD if I select game mode recording and If I select Desktop recording mode the HUD disappered when game launch. At the same time all other recorder working with The Elder Scrolls Online. e.g. Razer Game Booster and MSI Afterburner. I feel like waisted my money on Action.

Can you please guide me how to request a return.

Unfortunately there is no specified release date for new version since we are working on few major things. We are hoping to release it as soon as possible.

In april 2014, u said It will fix in next update and still no update. I bought few days ago and I am very unsatisfied with Action. I can understand the pain of those who are waiting for ur so called update from past 4 months.

I just want my refund for useless(for me) software.

We are working on a major version which will include other functionalities and fxies. We have to test all the features and fixes to be sure that they work as they should.

Have you tried using Screen Mode as a workaround? If you can run this game in maximized windowed mode you can capture it using Screen Mode or Active Desktop Region.

Tried to record in screen mode, HUD shows me recording but Action only record 30-40 sec only. e.g. I played some games for a hour long with action record. after finish my game I stop my recording. In library that recorded video length is only 30-39 secs.
