Can't Stop video recording in fullscreen (Some games only)

OS: Windows 7 Home, SP2
Video Card: Intel HD 3000 or Nvidia GT630M 1gb
Memory: 8GB
Monitor Resolution: 1366x768, 1680x1050 Doesn't matter in this problem
Video Editor: Raw video recording
Game Problem: Most games, but not Robocraft (Example of games that doesn't work: Minecraft, Unturned)
Video Type: Only Mp4 quicksync.

When i try to record some games in fullscreen, the video starts, but i can't stop it. And when i try to, the timer stops as it should, but the red "recording indicator" and fps are still showing.

Then Action! stops to respond, and i have to kill it with task manager. When i open it again, the video gets 0kb and can of course not be opened. The games that i knew will end up like this: Minecraft and Robocraft.

This doesn't occur at all playing Robocraft.

I can record minecraft if it isn't fullscreen, using the same settings. I've tried this:

Doesn't work with only one screen connected (Main on laptop)
Doesn't work with the settings and 1080p
Doesn't work with the settings and 720p
Doesn't Work with the settinga and 480p
Doesn't work with the settings and 360p @ 30 fps
Doesn't work with 360p @ 30 fps, input range 16-235, bitrate 60%
Works with 360p @ 30 fps, input range 16-235, bitrate 60%, quality normal if you don't have minecraft in fullscreen.
Doesn't work with the settings above with the setting active screen. (Minecraft is in fullscreen)

*Multicore setting doesn't change anything.

AVI and normal Mp4 works with any of these settings no matter fullscreen or not.
QuickSync mp4 doesn't work if the game is in fullscreen, doesn't matter wich setting you have, it will work if the game is not fullscreen.

Sumamry: Action! fail to record some games in fullscreen. Doesn't matter wich settings Action! is on, but it won't work on fullscreen. AVI and normal Mp4 will.
Normal AVI and MP4 will decrease performance.

Some games work in fullscreen with Quicksync, Robocraft works.

Minecraft is OpenGL.
I think Robocraft is DirextX.

Now i get really curious, why does fullscreen mode on games make such a big difference when there is no problem with the game recoring in none-fullscreen mode?

Any suggestions?
