lost serialnumber after PC Crash

Hi as the Topic says i lost my Action Serialnumber after a PC Crash and trying to get it back. I looked into my E-mailaccounts and couldnt find any Information. The Support didn´t answer me. So did anyone have a similar case or any idea what to do now?
