Mirillis Action recording program (does not start!)

I Mirillis Action Installs and would like to start it. But unfortunately the program does not start, but each time while trying to start it is only the splash screen with version and a picture. It does not start completely. I can then close only with the Task Manager again it there. In Task Manager under Applications not action but only test. To me it appears not in my toolbar icon. Please help!
