				Action! records but does not save

				I have Windows 8.1
Action 1.8.0 
I used Action on Win 7 and all was OK
trying to use it on windows 8 i get this error
I updated to Win 8.1 But the error still  
 
I Run it on W7 Compatibility Mode
Action! Opens and allows me to record but does not save the video

Updated but is exactly the same 

1) The same error without compatibility mode 
2)open on compatibility mode

				Just bought Action and have the same problem, windows 8.1 64 bit, Action 1.9.2.
Sometime record more then 1 or 2 hours or game play but save one 100-125 mb, other time don't save at all.

				One of our users recently fixed similar issue by running Action! in compatibility mode with Windows 8 instead of 8.1. Please try if it helps in your case.

on windows 8 and 8.1  i get the error
so i suppose that is for the other user, but what about my ? 
 
I tried uninstalling and deleting the registry but nothing happen.
