Crashing when I try launch the application.

OS: Windows 7
Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
Memory:12.0 GB
Processor:Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
When I launch Action! It causes It to stay on the loading screen without loading anything, showing the loading Icon for the mouse when hovered above. I try to do Ctrl-Alt-Delete to close It but that makes my WHOLE PC freeze and I literally have to turn It off manually by the button which I think Is causing It damage. This Is frustrating me deeply, more so the fact that I actually bought a license as well so what do I do? Even when I leave It to run and try launch I went to distract myself and come back to see If anything changed In 30 minutes, It simply froze my whole computer on Its own. This Is serious, please answer this as soon as possible before I loose my head.

Make sure that you are using latest drivers for your Radeon card.

That didn't work, It still gives the same result. Are there any programs/devices that may run Into Action! ? I probably should of read up on It more instead of going Into the hype about It being good and such. Not to say I don't trust that It Is satisfactory when It does work.
