Action! won't lock my framerate

So, I used Action! To record my daily videos, I have an Alienware 14.
But whenever I try to record at 120 fps with AVI Mode and 720p, it won't lock my minecraft fps. I get 200 fps while recording with Action! but im recording at 60fps.
