My videos have all been fine untill i purchased my F.R.E.Q 5 Headset now i get a hissing/cracking sound when i record, the headset is fine ive tested by listening to myself and skype calling with a friend and its all crystal clear ive tried to tinker with my settings with no success. can someone please help me!

Please compare the volume of your headset in Action! settings and then check your system settings. They should be matching each other.

I have the same issue, and it's not this =/

Do you have an example of the crackling?
Audio clicks, pops, crackling can be caused by a bunch of different reasons such as distortion (volume is too loud) through to not enough CPU cycles to process the audio (buffer too low, audio quality too high...)

An example might help to narrow it down.
