Crashing problem

When the software works it is great.
My main 2 problems are the crashing right after opening - but I could live with that since I can see that it crashed and can just restart.
But Action! also likes to crash right when I hit F9 to record. I can see the light on the HUD go red - but I already know it crashed cause the timer is not advancing. Really bugs me......
