Action Crashes at webcam preview

Video Card: ATI radeon HD 5450
Memory: 4 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1280x1024, 1920x1080
Video Editor: Vegas 13
Game Problem: Minecraft, Trove, And windows Desktop
Video Type: AVI
Webcam : Logitech C270

As soon as i launch the preview of the webcam my Action will crash.
I have installed the drivers of the logitech site and the problem is still existing.
How can i fix this because i love action and have been using since i started at youtube.
