What settings should I use?

So I have a Youtube channel and I am recording with webcam and was wondering what is the best settings to use for recording with webcam?

Depends on your needs. Most of users record directly into MP4 format with 1080p (if available) video size.

The thing is i want the best quality possible. My pc cant handle full bitrate. Any suggestions?
