Mirillis Action!,

Let me go ahead and say I LOVE the product; really I do because I do not have a lag issue when it comes to recording all the gameplay footage I need but there is something utterly grim and quite frankly REALLY off-putting that makes me want to go back to Fraps. You ready?

The game and audio seems to break apart at random times and it causes the video to look like it lags or it's just overall in terrible performance.

Now I understand that the program may be new or something or possibly you're working on this issue as I speak, but let me say this much:

This alone makes me want to go back to Fraps.

Not only am I HOPING that this issue gets fixed right away, but overall it's causing myself, the content creator, a lot of stress and disappointment that the product (which I paid for) is not working on how it is supposed to be.

Call me a unhappy customer if you wish but with this I am not really getting my $30-ish dollars worth of material.

Please fix this right away via the next update or the least you guys can do is announce that this issue is either being worked on or will be released in the next update. I look forward to seeing if this issue can be fixed and hopes it never happens again.

As you can see there are bits in the video to which they either skips the audio and/or video.

Bottom line: please fix this. Thank you.

Thank you for the video sample. When exactly does this issue occurs on your video?

As you saw in that sample video, the audio and video gets distorted. Take Fraps for example: though it causes such HUGE stress on the computer and FPS drop, you can see that it records everything (including lag) perfectly. No distortions, no cut around, nothing.

With this program, you see that everything is cut and placed around in the wrong place. If you like, I can take a test sample of fraps vs. mirillis and maybe you can see it clearly because I can understand why you'd ask that question. But basically, just watch the sample closely and it makes cuts forward and audio is put in the wrong places.

Mirillis (again my fault I gathered much more info),

Check around 13:16 of the video. Watch is go into saying Round 3 but then you hear defeat (which means the audio is slagging behind). THEN, a tiny second after that the video CUTS to the next portion of the video (keep in mind NONE of this was edited. It was 100% unedited and dropped into Sony Vegas).
