4th Support Request - Attempting Port of Action Install

This is my 4th attempt to get support from Mirillis today - no response to emails sent to the Mirillis support areas.

I am a purchaser of Mirillis Action. I have a paypal receipt from November 25th, 2013 indicating this purchase.

I no longer use the computer on which Action was installed, and I have also un-installed the product there.

I have the Mirillis install base on my new computer. I do not have a product or activation key, this email appears to have been lost.

I need support from Mirillis in order to re-install the product on the new computer. I am also not sure whether the version I have is compatible with Windows 8.1 Pro. I have installed the product on the new computer and it appears to work, but is of course only the trial version. The receipt number from the paypal receipt for Mirillis action is not the activation key.

Please respond with support information by private reply; otherwise general information about this issue publicly.
