Files don't exist

I turn Recording on, then I turn Recording off, and yet no file shows up. Not in the Action menu, not in the folders; no where.

I posted about this glitch before, but my uninstall-reinstall attempt fixed it so I didn't have that thread go public. But now the glitch is back and reinstalattion isn't working, what do I do?

I'm using Windows 8, with 12gb of ram.

Try running your windows in safe mode and see if the same issue occurs.
