Issue with Action and Vegas Pro

When ever i import a video exported from action or the raw (non-exported) action file won't work either. I've tried everything!

OS: Windows 7 
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M With 2GB RAM
Memory: 8 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Video Editor: Vegas Pro 13
Game Problem: No game problem, it could be anything (i use it for minecraft though)
Video Type: AVI

I did try ffdshow, LAV, k-lite, everything! Please help me!
I'm a gamer and my videos are a big priority!
Also though, I do have an Alienware 14.
And also when i record sometimes Action just stops working sometimes when I start recording, or sometimes when stop recording, or sometimes it just stops working! it works MOST OF THE TIME though.
One last thing is that Action Squeaks my voice in some recordings when i'm recording, (It sounds like a mouse but the video is fine) i think that is temporarily fixed. It works fine with Fraps or Dxtory though, but i think its my mic cuz it works fine with my computer's built in mic MOST OF THE TIME. this Usually Happens when i have facecam and i have to turn it off. Facecam is really important to me so i can't afford to turn it off. Any Help?
