I honestly don't want any new features, all I want is perfect AVI recording because every version so far either corrupts the video file or it cuts/skips/slows down the videos ruining them. It's gotten to the point where I don't even use it anymore for fear of losing footage.

I'm a German Lets Player and I have only one Whish.

Could it be possible that the Video Frame rate at In Game Recordings is Constant?
Or an option that I can choose if I want record with Constant or Variable Frame rate.
For an Example constant 60 fps.

Greetings from germany, Crazy.

Looking at PlayClaw 5, which is also on Steam, the program can be configured with custom audio sources (in my case I need System, Teamspeak (headset) and Mic). Currently Action! only supports one output and one input.

I'd like the ability to add custom audio sources and, of course, save them as separate files instead as another track on the video. I don't want to have to mess around with Virtual Audio Cable just to record other sources separately.

Please give us the option to capture a portion of a screen AND overlay that over the current recording (game/application recording or active screen recording).

Its a very popular feature in other streaming applications and one that I've used quite a lot in OBS. Basically I can capture a region of the screen and then place that anywhere on the recording/stream. I use it a lot in OBS to display my twitch/youtube chat on the stream.

Can you please tell me if this is feasible?

Adding "scroll lock" as a valid push to talk key should be trivial. Can you please add this key to the list.

Well what I really miss is an stopwatch which shows you how long you've been recording. I always need to use my mobile phone or an online stopwatch to measure how long I've been recording. I also think it would to hard to be implemented and I'm really wondering that this feature is missing and no one else asking for such a feature.

My biggest wish would be that there would be a way to record three different audio channels, i have my game, mic and teamspeak audio all set to differet outputs however i can only record two which kinda sucks

Otherwise best recording software ever! :D :D :D :D :D

3:4 or square facecam as alternative

Thu Aug 20, 2015 7:41 am

Hi!

I do love that you let us change our 16:9 facecams to 4:3 but... Since our faces are elongated, how about putting an option for a 3:4 ratio for our facecams? Thus it would take up less space of the clip we're recording. Or maybe a square box, that might be more esthetically appealing for our viewers.

Keep up the great work! :)
