It's been a while since i've wanted anything new into Action but i have some new wishes now:

  • Bitrate mode options (CBR, VBR etc.)
  • Complete bitrate control for both current formats (like 1mb, 10mb, 50mb, 100mb etc)
  • Time-shift support for AVI
  • Colorspace options for both formats (RGB, YUV444, YUV422 etc)

Although, changing colorspaces might not be so important. Shadowplay also uses YUV420 and no one complains about that...

Change Bitrate % to Mb/s

A change of option of the quality of the video, instead of putting randomly as it comes in desire, to be more specific to coding, in this way it can be more adaptable to the format accepted by YouTube.

I put an example in the photo, so I can know what kind of video is faster to upload and calculate how much it weighs.

Action adds the date and time to videos created using the date format dd-mm-yyyy, which makes sorting them in any reasonable fashion in a file manager using the name impossible :cry:

The date format for all output should always be yyyy-mm-dd. This cannot be such a huge request.

Are u speaking for urself or for others too? Bcs i highly disagree with that. I've always preferred dd-mm-yyyy. To me, yyyy-mm-dd is confusing.

Great updates so far in version 3.0 but guess customers are never happy :-)

What I'd really like to see added next is:

Ability to control bitrate mode for AVI recordings, e.g. CBR, VBR, etc

Ability to control bitrate for AVI recordings, like you can for MP4 recordings

Bitrate control to be shown in numbers rather than percentage.

And some graphics to know the inputs audio volume....like OBS

Hi,

I just stumbled upon Action! and it seems to be a great tool for recording.
As a user of a Logitech G15 keyboard it was important for me that a recording tool has G15 implementation which Action! offers.
But I'm missing one thing: When I save a time-shift video I get no feedback in the G15 display. In the HUD there's a green "download" arrow for about a second which shows that the time-shift file was saved. Could something be implemented in the G15 display like that? Like showing a little text for 1-2 seconds like "saving time-shift" or something like that?

One of my request would be to give the recording hub more freedom... no matter where you put it on the pre-given spots at the moment it always covers up some part of the game HUD which is usually annoying and you can't read that part of the game HUD

Ok, figured out how to use Streamlabs with Action. So no need for plugins and widgets.

BUT! If I stream a 1080 screen in 720 (because of bandwidth issues) Action! does not adjust the size of the chat- and alertbox widgets, so they are blocking half of the screen the viewers see. That is my main problem right now and it would be great if you guys could fix that.

Edit: And give us the option to manually type the steam key. I can't test my stream settings without getting half of my viewers angry for "just testing".

it implies anything, windows STILL prompts me to refresh Action! Indeed, even after as of now reinstalling it and such, which persuades that it won't not be completely refreshing in any event to the point that windows itself can perceive the refresh.
