Action! and Windows 10

I recently purchased Action! for me to use to record gameplay commentary. I have had very few issues with it until recently. I’ve had Windows 10 for a bit now and Action! has worked fantastic on it as Windows 10 is in a lot of ways just a modified Windows 8, but once a new preview build occurred Action! stopped working on me and my friends computers. So I was wondering if anyone else has been using Windows 10 and if there is any fix or any word on getting this fixed. Considering this update happened yesterday I doubt there will be a fix anytime soon but I was just curious.
