Bench marking polling interval

What is the polling or scan interval for the bench marking option in Action!?

I am running some test in relation to CPU/GPU performance and I would like to integrate the FPS data into the data I get from HWiNFO but in order for the data to be accurate I need to have both pieces of software polling at the same rate.
